You know those crazy "adult coloring books" that seem to be all the rage suddenly? How about some more sophisticated coloring- concept designers share their line work and render the other artist's concepts. A fantastic way to learn another designer's methods and ways of thinking.
Hopefully, I can keep this going; I think it's a great idea! It started with Vaughan Ling and Christian Pearce trading line drawings to render, then Michael Kus and Lorin Wood. So I've managed to get trades going with Vaughan Ling (we traded analog drawings on paper, so I get "Vaughan Original"!), Lorin Wood, and have three more lined up that will be finished and posted later. Thanks everyone for the participation. Please take note of the line artist and the color artist in each image's caption. I invite you to look at the work of each artist if you are not familiar with them already. https://www.artstation.com/artist/lwoodesign https://www.artstation.com/artist/vaughanling
The Lorin Wood swap. My line drawing, digital work and Lorin's color concept- a deep chrome reflecting the blur of sagebrush on a low level pass over a desert and a dark blue zenith sky. https://www.artstation.com/artist/lwoodesign
