Kyten, landed

This illustration was based on a combination of Eyvind Earle's snowscapes- (warm white sunlit planes of snow against turquoise sky tinted shadow) with abstract geometrical value color composition- strong sharp diagonals, triangles. I wanted to take those disparate ideas and produce an airship vehicle illustration where the color balance and composition was the drive, not the design of the vehicle itself.
